STARTING BLOCKS IN OUR P.E. LESSONS

This week we have been using a new sports equipment, the starting blocks in our sprints. Sprints are short distances races at top speed. Sprinters begin the race by assuming a crouching position in the starting blocks. Also, athletes remain in the same lane, even they can’t step on any line.
