KEEP YOUR BALANCE!


These weeks our students in second grade are going to improve their balance in our P.E. classes. They are going to keep their balance like a plane or even like superheroes, they are going to become like Superman or Spiderman. Also they are going to strengthen their ankles, knees and hips with these exercices, the propioceptive balance.
